Getting started
How long does it take to publish my profile?+
Most coaches go from signup to a published profile in under 15 minutes. The 7-step onboarding fills in your sections, you pick a brand personality, and you're live.
Do I need any design skills?+
No. Pick one of the 8 brand personalities and everything — typography, colors, spacing, button shapes — is tuned together. You only edit copy and images.
Can I change my profile URL later?+
Yes — go to Settings → Profile URL. Old links won't redirect automatically, so do it before you start sharing.
Builder
Can I rearrange or hide sections?+
Yes. In the builder you can reorder, hide, or remove any section. Hidden sections stay in your drafts and can be re-enabled anytime.
Where do I upload my photo and banner?+
Open the Hero section in the builder — you'll see fields for both photo and banner image.
Why do my edits not show on the live profile?+
Unpublished changes save as drafts. Click Publish in the builder to push them live.
Billing & plans
Where do I see invoices and update my card?+
Open Billing in the sidebar and click 'Manage billing' — Stripe's customer portal handles invoices, payment methods, and cancellations.
What happens to my profile if I cancel?+
Your profile stays published on the free plan. Pro-only features (custom domain, advanced sections, full analytics) will switch off.
Do you offer refunds?+
If you cancel within 7 days of your first paid charge, email us and we'll refund. After that, we don't refund partial months but you can cancel anytime to stop future charges.
Account
How do I delete my account?+
Settings → Danger zone → Delete my account. Type your handle to confirm. This is permanent and removes all your data.
How do I change my email address?+
Email changes go through Supabase auth — contact support and we'll help you migrate.
