Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Coach Crafterz (the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract under applicable law. If you use the Services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Keep your credentials confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
• Provide accurate, current and complete account information.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Violate any law or third-party right (including intellectual property and privacy rights).
• Publish content that is unlawful, harmful, harassing, deceptive, or sexually explicit.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Distribute malware, spam, or attempt to disrupt the Services.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the Services without our written consent.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you upload (text, images, links — "Your Content"). You grant Coach Crafterz a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, display and distribute Your Content solely to operate and improve the Services. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to share Your Content.

5. Subscriptions and payment

• Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time from the billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.

6. Beta features

Features marked "beta", "preview", or "experimental" are provided as-is and may be changed or discontinued at any time. They are excluded from any service-level commitments.

7. Intellectual property

The Services, including our brand, software, and documentation, are owned by Coach Crafterz and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you a licence to our trademarks or trade dress.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, prolonged inactivity, or if required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, governing law) will survive.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COACH CRAFTERZ DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COACH CRAFTERZ WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Coach Crafterz harmless from claims arising out of Your Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.

12. Changes to the Services and these Terms

We may modify the Services or these Terms from time to time. Material changes to the Terms will be notified at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Coach Crafterz is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
